Annual maintenance projects

Pruning

• black walnut
• persimmon tree
• front mulberry tree
• back mulberry tree
• others?
• also, not entirely sure what was done last year and needs pruning this year. would be good to plan out an ongoing schedule

Spring

• valve at the south side of the creek should be opened and flushed twice a year
• periodic hikes up to the spring box to make sure cover is still intact and in place. (especially after big storms)

Weeding

• Tractor mower for relatively flat sections. (perhaps can give some more lessons to people)
• Weed-whipper for other areas [todo: list out]
